their final semester in high school with college on the horizon, these soon to be grads were feeling more and more pressed for time. two masterminds decided it just wasn't time for them to part and planned a road trip from their home in austin, tx around the us, spending their last big weekend in new orleans right before the holidays. all in agreement, they all took off a semester or year to have their last hurrah with the best friends they'd been stuck with for as far back as they could remember. this gpsl revolves around the friends as they take their trip around the country. the use of journals is up to your character, they can be blogs documenting the trip, letters to friends back home, emails, drawings, photographs, narrative, personal journal entries, etc. and can definitely be a combination of all of these. journals will be ic, aim optional as most of the writing will be scenes since they'll be spending so much time together, but if used will be used as text messaging. there will be two cars with drivers and passengers rotating depending on what the characters feel. each stop is listed here and if there are any requests from your characters based on college destinations, please feel free to comment. we will be trying to keep the ratio of males to females pretty equal, so please consider this when choosing a character and pb. otherwise, we just want this to be fun, longterm and really active. so mixtapes for the car ride, texting between cars or while sitting next to each other, etc. are encouraged!
